Consumer mediation is free of charge for the consumer. The request must include the documents needed to assess the dispute, including a copy of the written complaint previously submitted to La Clef Orange.

11. Applicable law

This website and this legal notice are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to reach an amicable settlement.

Consumers retain the benefit of the courts having jurisdiction under applicable French and European consumer law. For disputes with business clients, the competent court is determined in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and French law.
