Yes. We are an English-speaking property manager on the French Riviera: we speak English, French and Dutch. You deal with one point of contact in your own language, while we handle all communication with French contractors, suppliers and local services for you.
A property caretaker keeps an eye on your house when you are not there. We carry out regular property inspections and security checks, check gutters, drains and storm damage after events such as the Mistral, look after the garden and pool, and follow up on technical issues straight away. After each visit you receive a report, so small problems are fixed before they become expensive.
